Putting a Gecko on Hold:
To place a gecko on hold, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Once the gecko is placed on hold, you have 30 days to pay off the gecko. If you do not place a deposit hold with us, the gecko can be sold at any time.
If you need to extend your hold time to make payments, there is a holding fee of $35/gecko per additional month.
If you have already paid for your gecko(s) and we are unable to ship due to weather, we do not charge any holding fees.
Store policy:
If unforeseen circumstances occur, death of the animal (This does not include tail drop), you must provide a photo of the animal within 30 minutes of arrival for a refund of the cost of the gecko only. This will not include shipping. I will not refund or discount any animal for tail drops while in my care, on hold, or waiting to be shipped. Tail drops are natural and do not hurt the gecko :)
We reserve the right to withhold sales from any individual to protect our business and our animals
Geckos will NOT be shipped until the final payment (including shipping $) has been received.
Guarantee:
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed (if over 18g) with the correct genetic identification unless stated otherwise. **We are not responsible for carrier delays and/or mishandling resulting in DOA.**
Payment methods:
We accept PayPal (Friends & Family), Venmo, and Stripe (Credit or Debit Card).
If the gecko is placed on hold, you have 30 days to make final payments.
All payments must be cleared prior to shipping.
NOTE - When using PayPal, you must submit payment via friends and family,
ALL GECKO PURCHASES ARE FINAL
I do not offer refunds for geckos, unless unforeseen circumstances occur, as stated in the store policy.

Shipping:
Shipping cost is determined by zip code. Orders over $1,000 ship FREE.
Temperatures must be within safe ranges before we agree to ship due to the animal’s health/safety for arrival.
If the gecko does drop its tail during shipment, this does happen from time to time because of stress, there is no need to worry because it will not affect the health of the animal in any way.
We ship FedEx Priority Overnight via Reptiles2You.
Our shipping days can be Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for deliveries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
We prefer to ship directly to your closest FedEx Ship Center because the geckos usually arrive earlier than home delivery and are at room temperature instead of in a hot delivery truck.
If there are extreme temps we REQUIRE that the animal be shipped to your closest FedEx hub.
The best days to ship are Tuesdays and Wednesdays for Wednesday and Thursday arrival since Monday is the busiest shipping day.
If needed, we will wait for safe weather and will hold your animal until the weather permits safe shipping.
****RECIPIENT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARRIVAL ONCE THE ANIMAL ARRIVES AT THE LOCAL HUB IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IF UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OCCUR****
(Please note that a hub is a FEDEX SHIP CENTER and NOT a FedEx Office location)
We require that you contact us as soon as possible to confirm that you have possession of your animal and that your animal has arrived safely. (This can include either text or picture confirmation)
Please be CERTAIN that the email, phone number, and address you provide are correct. I am not responsible for an error in information but will help with trying to resolve it regardless.
We reserve the right to postpone shipping at our discretion until weather conditions on all ends are favorable for the safety of the animal
We recommend NOT holding/taking out your gecko after it has arrived for about 2 days to a week since shipping can be very stressful
(We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally)
Sexing:
The sex of the gecko is only guaranteed if the gecko weighs more than 18g.
We can always check if the gecko is under 18g, but its sex is not guaranteed then.
All possible male or female geckos listed are not guaranteed.
